The houses of the V9 Namai are located in a special place close to one of the most popular Lithuanian resorts and next to an impressive pinewood. The land plot is about 300 meters away from the Baltic Sea and within just 2 km distance from the centre of Palanga city.

Away from the hustle and bustle of the city but close enough when you miss it.

According to the project, 6 houses containing 147 apartments (for residence and recreational purposes) will be built on the land plot. During the first phase, the installation 48 apartments is planned.
