The developer of the V9 Namai project is an Estonian capital company that has been developing its activities in Lithuania for several years.

Two projects have already been completed successfully: Kunigiškių Namai, a block of new houses in Kunigiškės, comprised of apartments and individual houses, and the Green Village, a semi-detached houses village, offering cottages for sale and rent.
