V9 Namai is a home for your family, where you will discover the closeness of nature and feel the breath of the sea in the surroundings of the mythology-entwined pinewood. Do you know that pines were considered to be magical trees with the power to restore strength? Perhaps that is why the most beautiful Lithuanian resorts are located right next to pinewoods.

V9 Namai is an exceptional project during which 6 houses containing 147 apartments (for residence and recreation purposes) will be built.

During the first phase of the V9 Namai complex construction, 48 apartments will be built. The block is located just 200 m from the sea and 2 km from the city centre.

Room layout solutions

In recreational buildings with living quarters – apartments, each apartment and room is designed with one bathroom, living room, and a combined kitchen/dining room.

Zoning of the premises in buildings

Buildings: three-storey. Stairwells are designed to provide easy access to the apartments and rooms. The building has 2 stairwells that functionally separate the apartments from the holiday rooms.

Disabled-friendly solutions in the building

The buildings are designed to allow people with disabilities to move freely. Access to the stairwells is free of obstacles, thresholds and stairs.

Walls, partitions and facade

The design of the external walls of the building is based on a system of 180/240mm thick silicate blocks. Exterior decoration: wooden planks and ceramic tiling. Partitions: metal/plasterboard system, 100mm. The interior walls of the building will be plastered and painted.

Roof

The roof is sloping, designed from pre-fabricated wooden trusses. Roofing: ceramic tiling.

Floor

The floor design, depending on the selected floor covering, will be chosen by the customer. The installation of the ‘floating’ floor involves a 50mm thick sound-insulating layer of mineral wool boards. A waterproofing layer is required for the floors of wet rooms (sanitary unit). Heated floors are installed using recommended materials and technologies.

Energy efficiency class

The buildings designed will have the energy efficiency class A.

Heating

The building is designed to ensure a good indoor microclimate. To achieve this, high-quality building materials, thermal insulation and wind insulation are used for the construction of the building. The building is heated with gas boilers. Radiators with temperature controls will allow you to regulate the temperature of each room individually.

Ventilation

Ventilation of the premises is designed via recuperators and sliding windows.

Electricity

Each room is equipped with a ceiling- or wall-mounted electric luminaire controlled by a wall switch. Wall sockets for electric lights will be installed in living rooms, bedrooms or other premises.

Fire safety

Houses for recreation are equipped with the Category M fire detection and alarm system.

Environment

The block of houses is located next to the urban area. Distance to the sea: 200m; distance to the city centre: 2km. The block borders with forest.
